Biography

David graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 2020 with concentrations in Capitol Lawyering and Capitol Policymaking. He has the distinction of being the only student in McGeorge's long history to earn simultaneous Juris Doctor and Master of Public Policy degrees.

While at McGeorge, David served on the Moot Court Honors Board for three consecutive years, including two years on the Honors Board Executive team. He was the Appellate Advocate of the Year in 2020 and was inducted in The Order of Barristers because of his accomplishments in appellate advocacy.

Following graduation, David worked as a federal judicial clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. His experience also includes civil rights and employment litigation in state and federal court, and worker's compensation.
